Custom Orders:
All Graphic designs and product orders must be approved in writing, before any work will be done.
Logos from scratch will cost a one-time digitizing fee, the first change made to the finished design will be free, however, a small fee will be charged for any further changes.
All items are made to order and usually have a 1-2 week turnaround, however this varies based on product availability and quantity ordered.
If Design or image given to Ladybug Lilly Designs and was not originally created by us, the customer will be held responsible for ANY copywrite issues, so please make sure the images given to Ladybug Lilly Designs is of your own creation.

- All Refunds are at Ladybug Lilly Designs discretion.
- If there are any manufacturer defects, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase date.
- Refunds are only issued if faulty items are returned.
- Refunds will be issued in the same method they were received. IE; cash made to cash, debit made it debit, ext.
- Items cannot be returned if they are used as impact weapons, left on top of vehicle, ran over, or anything of similar nature as caused by the purchaser.
- We use all major companies to ship our products including: USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

The only reason your information would be released is if our website is hacked because... people suck.
