Disclaimer:

All Graphic designs and product orders must be approved in writing or by email confirmation. A minimum of half the order total must be paid before any work will be started or items can be ordered. All logos will be watermarked with Ladybug Lilly Design's logo until design is paid in full.

Logos from scratch will cost a one-time digitizing fee which will include an initial design concept and two modifications to that concept, however, a small fee will be charged for any further changes after the initial two changes.

Custom Logo's and Designs are made in house. If the customer is providing the design or image to Ladybug Lilly Designs the customer will be held responsible for ANY copywrite issues, so please make sure the images given to Ladybug Lilly Designs is of your own creation or previously approved by your company/school.

All items are made to order. Typically for small orders we have a 1-2 week turnaround, however this varies based on product availability. For large quantity orders please allow us extra time that will be discussed upon order placement.
